Please bring any relevant imaging (X-rays, MRIs), a list of current medications, and your private health fund card. If you have a GP referral (EPC/CDM plan), please bring that along as well.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows us to easily access the area being treated (e.g., shorts for knee injuries or a singlet for shoulder issues).
Initial Assessments are comprehensive and typically last 45–60 minutes to allow for a full diagnosis and your first treatment. Follow-up sessions are usually 30 minutes.
Yes. We accept NDIS (self-managed and plan-managed), WorkCover, and CTP claims. Please provide your claim number and case manager details when booking.
